Earth Stories leaflet 3.jpg

NAF are looking for stories from people about their experiences of using local parks and green spaces and why they are important to them. This is part of the city wide Earth Stories project, being run by Birmingham City Council.

We want to hear stories from anyone about their experiences of local green spaces, and are especially interested in hearing about the experiences of those under 16, and their families, although submissions are open to anyone!

Submissions can take the form of anything you choose. You may wish to create a journal, write a poem, film a video, record a piece of vocal dialogue, submit photographs, create a piece of artwork or you may have an idea of your own!

The deadline is Friday 30th April and submissions can be emailed to

All contributions will then be forwarded onto Birmingham City Council to be entered into the city-wide Earth Stories project!
